Annie Chow, CPA, CA, is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, where they lead the corporate finance team focused on financial reporting, technical accounting, and performance optimization. Previously, Annie served as Senior Director and Controller at Staples Canada, driving finance transformation and M&A integration efforts. They also held the role of Director of Corporate Reporting at Enercare Inc., successfully implementing IFRS policies and overseeing reporting processes. Annie began their career at EY, specializing in audits for public companies and mentoring emerging professionals. They earned their CPA, CA designation in 2015 and contributed as a sessional instruction assistant for the University of Toronto's Master of Management and Public Accounting program.
