Grace D'Silva

Grace D'Silva (CPM) has a strong background in payroll and financial management. Grace started their career in 1992 as a Financial Accountant at Muscat Advertising Agency in Oman, where they were responsible for financial planning and reporting, payroll supervision, and operations of accounts payable and accounts receivable. In 2004, they joined H&R Block as a Client Service Manager for a brief period before moving on to dmg world media, where they held various roles including Payroll Administrator and A/R and A/P Administrator. Grace then joined Jonas Software in 2010 as a Payroll Specialist and progressed to roles such as Payroll Supervisor and Payroll and Benefits Manager. Grace is currently the Director of Payroll for North America at Jonas Software.

Grace D'Silva (CPM) has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Mumbai. Grace also completed the Self Assessment Income Tax Course and earned the CPM designation from The Canadian Payroll Association.
