Scarlet D'Souza

Scarlet D'souza is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Jonas Software since October 2019, Scarlet leads HR and recruitment initiatives for the CORA and PYXiS Group. Previously, as a Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Advisor, and Corporate Recruiter, Scarlet gained expertise in various aspects of HR, including benefits management and talent acquisition due diligence. During tenure at HR-CONNECT Inc., Scarlet specialized in sourcing top talent for the financial services sector. Additional experience includes roles at Antal India as a dual-function Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Consultant, and earlier positions providing support to senior executives at Allcargo Logistics Ltd. and Trinity Air Travel & Tours. Scarlet holds an MBA in Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from St. Andrew's College.
