Vicki Treadwell

Vicki Treadwell serves as the Head of HR for Jonas Software in Australia and New Zealand, providing strategic HR leadership across multiple regions including Asia, the UK, and North America since October 2018. Prior to this role, Vicki was the HR Manager at Symbio Laboratories from 2008 to July 2018, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department during significant growth, providing HR generalist functions, and managing a small HR team. Vicki also held positions as General Manager of the Training Group at Symbio Laboratories, Senior Consultant at Alliance Consulting and Management, and Project Support Communications at CSIRO, with earlier technical roles at Meat and Livestock Australia. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering from Massey University and has a special interest in HR analytics for organizational performance.
