Jones & Cnossen Engineering provides excellent land development civil engineering at affordable prices in a timely manner. At Jones & Cnossen Engineering, the designers walk properties prior to any design work looking for natural features or potential issues.

Stuart Jones, P.E., and Peter Cnossen, P.E., with over 50 years of combined experience in land development engineering, will provide expertise and quality customer service to meet your development needs.

Stuart and Peter have worked in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex and surrounding Wake County area for over 30 years doing thousands of projects. They have done work in other North Carolina counties and have worked with groups from Atlanta to Washington, DC to Canada.

“We work with the land to make the project work for you rather than overwork the land for the project.”

Engineering excellence is the motto; a quality product on time is the standard; and a long term relationship is the goal.
