Bill Devitt

Bill Devitt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law, currently serving as a Partner at JONES DAY® since September 2014. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from May 1994 to August 2014. Bill began his legal career as a Law Clerk at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP for a brief period in 1994 and has a diverse background that includes working as a Communications System Engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency from July 1986 to August 1993. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
