Prior to this, Jay held the position of Paralegal Manager at Baach Robinson & Lewis PLLC from May 2000 to November 2003. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing the degree between 1988 and 1992.
