Jonathan Marsh

Jonathan Marsh is a Global Disputes attorney with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Of Counsel at JONES DAY® since June 2014. Marsh specializes in representing multinational corporate clients in the Energy sector, focusing on complex litigation and arbitration related to domestic and international construction disputes, product liability, commercial disputes, environmental torts, and engineering defects. Experience includes managing multi-million and multi-billion dollar disputes across various regions, including the United States, China, Germany, Peru, Uruguay, and West Africa. Previous roles include Counsel at King & Spalding from 2005 to 2014, Attorney at Vinson and Elkins from 2001 to 2005, and law clerk positions for Hon. Ruggero J. Aldisert and Hon. John P. Fullam. Jonathan Marsh earned a JD from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Syracuse University.
