Robert Watts is a partner at JONES DAY®, focusing on complex commercial litigation, including shareholder and securities litigation, as well as governmental and internal corporate investigations involving fraud. With experience spanning various stages of litigation, Robert participates actively in pro bono work for survivors of family violence through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Prior to their legal career, Robert served as a legislative assistant in the United States House of Representatives and has held positions including campaign manager and law clerk. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgia State University College of Law and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at The University of Georgia. Robert is also involved in their community, serving on the boards of several alumni associations.
