Michael Sim possesses a diverse range of experience in education and technology. As a Special Education Paraeducator and Computer Science Teacher for the San Francisco Unified School District from August 2021 to June 2022, Michael facilitated support for students with special needs while also teaching computer science. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Supervisor and Assistant with the Division of Student Success and First Generation Initiative at the University of California, Santa Cruz, from September 2018 to June 2019. Michael further enhanced skills in leadership and STEM education as a Summer Camp STEM Instructor and Program Leader with Bay Area Community Resources from June 2021 to July 2022. Currently, Michael serves as IT Manager, Operations Manager, and IT Consultant at Jones IT since November 2023.
