We have a unique and natural ability to identify with the Owner to achieve his objectives - “ONE TEAM / ONE GOAL”

Our empathy is caused in part by Jones & Jones’ founder, Mr. Kevin Jones, having played many roles in real estate development and construction including the roles of developer, landlord, contractor and design/builder. Our strong client service orientation is immutable.

Our client orientation is something that translates into an aggressive performance orientation. While it cannot be contractually defined or quantified it is immeasurably helpful in creating successful developments, on time and within budget.

Jones & Jones has a 95 year heritage. Our familiarity with all aspects of the construction industry runs deep. We are a resource from which clients benefit tremendously.
