Tom Caughlin

Tom Caughlin is the President and Chief Investment Officer at Jones Capital, where they facilitate the strategic direction and growth of the firm’s portfolio companies while directing new investment opportunities. Tom earned a BBA in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Rice University, where they were recognized as a Jones Scholar. They began their career at Amegy Bank, developed a passion for working with middle-market entrepreneurs at The CapStreet Group, and have served on multiple boards, including Ontellus and Gulf Stream Marine. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with their family, reading, cooking, waterfowl hunting, and playing golf.
