Jones Talent ID identifies the most talentid audit, tax, accounting and advisory people and matches them to the right roles with the right organisations in the right teams. We also provide consulting services to improve our candidates’ career management skills and our clients’ talent strategies and processes.

Aaron Jones, our founder, has been a Chartered Accountant for 27 years and has many years experience working in large and medium sized firms in Australia and the UK. He established Jones Talent ID after spending almost 14 years with a major recruitment company in a variety of senior roles, including Managing Director of a niche recruitment division.

Aaron has founded Jones Talent ID on the philosophy that careers are built on journeys not jobs. This philosophy has allowed him to build an extensive, valuable network because it takes a long-term view for candidates and clients and provides both with ongoing growth – in careers and business. These connections will give you access to the very best opportunities and people across Australia and throughout China, South East Asia, the UK and Ireland.

And a focus on service, driven by our values, will give you a simple, flexible and enjoyable experience to combine with our expertise and connections.
