David Forestner

David Forestner is a Litigation Partner at Jones Walker LLP, representing various clients in complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings nationwide. They have extensive experience in litigating cases involving fiduciary duty claims, having served diverse interests from medical professionals to aggregate mining companies. Prior to their legal career, David was a claims manager for professional liability insurers and has held significant roles at firms including McGuireWoods LLP and Carlton Fields. They earned a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia.
