Steve Casey

Steve Casey is a Litigation Partner at Jones Walker LLP, where they focus on finding creative solutions for complex legal disputes, particularly in toxic tort and pharmaceutical cases. With decades of experience, Steve has handled a wide range of topics including product liability, toxic torts, and regulatory issues. They have tried numerous cases, primarily to juries, and currently serve on the Alabama Pattern Jury Instruction Committee for civil cases. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Steve was a partner at Balch & Bingham LLP from 1979 to 2011. Steve continues their legal education at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.
