Or Kadouri has held various software engineering roles throughout their career. In 2017, they were the Vice President of Research and Development at Jones. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer on the Gateway Team at Imperva Skyfence. Or's role included developing a multi-threaded (event driven), high performance CASB proxy (Linux, AWS) and endpoints (Windows, Mac). Or also led various cross-team projects and onboarded an off-shore research team. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Software Engineer on the Core Team at Varonis. Or's role included developing state of the art file system and directory services crawlers, creating a secure private cloud experience from scratch, and programming high performance core Windows applications in C++.

Or Kadouri obtained a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2011. In 2017, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera. In 2019, they obtained a Neural Networks and Deep Learning certification from Coursera, followed by a Structuring Machine Learning Projects certification and a Machine Learning certification from Coursera. In 2020, they obtained a Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera, followed by a Convolutional Neural Networks certification and a Sequence Models certification. In 2021, they obtained a React - The Complete Guide (incl Hooks, React Router, Redux) certification from Udemy.
