Jones Street Investment Partners is a Boston-based real estate private equity sponsor.

We focus on multifamily assets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S., with an emphasis on long term, cash-flowing investment strategies. Most real estate investors focus on risk profiles such as “core” or “value-add,” but Jones Street has the expertise and flexibility to transact and operate across designations to find attractive risk-adjusted returns. Jones Street is an opportunistic and disciplined value-based investor.

Jones Street aligns its institutional-quality investment and operational approach with the economic and strategic interests of its investors. Our investment management platform is a trusted and reliable source of investment opportunities for our capital partners. We build a personal, service-oriented relationship with each investor, and we have taken a long-term approach to building the business, continuously investing in our team and infrastructure to best serve our investors. The principals of Jones Street bring over 60 years of combined investment expertise, including in diversified areas such as venture capital, private equity, private credit, distressed investing, and hedge funds, in addition to a core expertise in real estate.
