Caleb Dyer

Caleb Dyer, Ph.D., is the Senior Director of Product Engineering at Joola, leading the product creation process in the pickleball industry. Previously, they served as Lead Chemical Engineer and Material Science Innovator at Nike, and Director of Innovation & Sustainability at Insite Performance, where they focused on integrating new technologies and sustainability practices. Caleb holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Tennessee and a B.S. in Chemistry from Georgia College & State University. Their extensive background combines R&D, product commercialization, and collaboration across various teams to drive innovation in sporting goods.
