Meet Joon, a soon-to-launch pistachio snack company inspired by a 300-year-old family recipe that leverages a unique cooking process to deliver the perfect pistachio experience.

Joon is addressing a gap in the market where tasty, fresh, high-quality pistachios with clean ingredients have been hard to come by.

Pistachios are a superfood rich in antioxidants and high in protein; they contain all nine essential amino acids, making them a complete protein. However, most brands on the market today add seed oils, artificial ingredients, 'natural' flavors, sugars, and other additives to their flavored SKUs.

We've created the tastiest pistachios, without compromising the health benefits, by avoiding unwanted ingredients.

What Sets Joon Apart?
- Unique Cooking Process: our cooking method results in the creamiest, crunchiest, and tastiest pistachios
- Family Tradition: inspired by a 300-year-old family recipe from a region that pioneered pistachio cultivation
- Delicious Flavors: launching with Original Salted, Salt and Pepper, and Dill Pickle
- Real Ingredients: no additives, no artificial/natural flavors, no added sugars, and no seed oils – just simple, easy to pronounce ingredients
- Convenient and Clean: easy to open, consistently large, and leave no residue on your hands. We source bigger and higher quality pistachios - no more painfully prying open shells
- Vibrant Colors + Unique Look: natural, beautiful shades of pink, purple, and green as if they just fell off the tree. Our use of whole ingredients leaves a one-of-a-kind pattern on every shell and kernel.
