Charles Black has extensive experience in compliance services within the financial industry. Charles currently holds the position of Managing Director and Head of Compliance Services at Joot. Prior to this, Charles worked as a Senior Compliance Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC, and as a Senior Compliance Manager at Touchstone Investments and Fund Evaluation Group, LLC. Charles started their career at J.P. Morgan, where Charles held roles as a Regulatory Administration Specialist and Senior Mutual Fund Accountant.
