Stefan Knaier

Stefan Knaier is a Global Director of Human Resources at Jopp Automotive GmbH, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served in various roles within the company, including Leiter Personal, Leiter Sonderprojekte, and Leiter Personalverwaltung. Between 2013 and 2014, Knaier was the assistant to the CEO at Lapp Group and, from 2010 to 2011, worked as a Junior Consultant and later as a Team Leader at UTPB Usner Technologie- und Prozessberatung GmbH. Knaier holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Business Administration and Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
