Your business has outgrown its processes. That's actually a good problem.

It means you're growing. It means the early days worked. It means you've built something worth building properly.

But here's what that growth actually looks like from the inside: the same questions coming up every week. The same two people are fielding everything because nobody else knows how it's supposed to work. Decisions that should take an hour are taking three days because the right information is sitting in someone's inbox, or in their head, or nowhere at all.

When you started, it worked differently. With a small team, you didn't need formal processes — everyone was in the same room, you could hear what was happening, and communication fixed itself. Then you hired more people. Then more. Then you had departments, and hierarchy, and suddenly the thing that worked when there were eight of you is quietly causing chaos now that there are forty.

The process is broken because it was built for a different version of your business.

That's the scaling zone. It's where founder bottlenecks happen. Where margins creep away without anyone noticing. Where good people leave because nobody can really explain how anything is supposed to work, and eventually, neither can you.

I work with businesses like yours to identify what's broken and rebuild the operational foundation so your team can run smoothly without you in every room. I specialise in construction, healthcare, and professional services because these industries have operational structures that generalist consultants consistently get wrong, and I'd rather work in the places where I know I can get it right.

I've spent 11 years doing this across the US, the UK, and Europe. I hold a Master's in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. But honestly, what qualifies me more than any of that is eleven years of sitting inside operational chaos, finding the thing everyone else missed, and fixing in a way that actually gets used.
