At Joris Advocacy, we help property buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions in Australia’s competitive real estate market (Newcastle & parts of Sydney).

We see the same problem time and time again: buyers overpaying, sellers underselling, and money being left on the table. Too often, people are underrepresented in the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and the process is stressful, slow, and unclear.

We exist to change that.

Whether it’s
> Full-service buyer’s advocacy,
> Negotiation-only support,
> Vendor advocacy, or
> Independent advisory available anywhere in Australia,

We bring strategy, market insight, and genuine care to every transaction. We only ever represent one party at a time - so there’s no conflict of interest, only complete commitment to your best outcome.

We make the buying and selling process clearer, less stressful, and more financially rewarding. And with every client we work with, we’re proving that the right strategy changes everything.
