- The Liaison Officer and Community workers are the link between the community and the research centre. They are responsible for recruitment, training in the community, retention and follow-up of participants. 
- The Financial Manager takes responsibility for the management of funds allocated by Sponsors to run trials. Distribution and spending of funds are regulated and assistance is given by a contracted Auditors firm.
