Roy Mill

Roy Mill has an extensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles and industries. Roy began their career as a Programmer at IDF from August 1998 to March 2000. Roy then transitioned to become a Product Manager at IDF from April 2000 to October 2003. After that, Roy worked as an Analyst at the Wages and Labor Agreements Department in the Ministry of Finance from May 2004 to November 2005. From September 2006 to October 2007, they served as an Assistant to the CEO at Ophir Optronics Ltd. Roy then pursued their Economics PhD at Stanford University, where they were a candidate from August 2008 to June 2013. Following their time at Stanford, they joined Ancestry, initially as a Senior Product Manager from April 2013 to December 2015, and later as the Director of Product Management from December 2015 to July 2017. Subsequently, Roy became the VP of Product at At-Bay from July 2017 to January 2020. Most recently, they co-founded and is currently the CEO of Joshu since March 2020. Overall, Roy's work experience showcases their proficiency in various roles, from technical programming and product management to leadership and entrepreneurship.

Roy Mill completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in PPE (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2003 and 2006. Roy then pursued further education at Stanford University, where they obtained their PhD in Economics from 2008 to 2013.
