Joule is building the future of high-performance computing from the ground up. Our 4,000-acre campus in Central Utah is designed for AI-driven workloads and engineered to scale for multi-GW of behind-the-meter power, with first delivery in 2026.

We don’t wait for power, we build it. Joule owns the land, water, fuel interconnects/pipeline laterals, and on-site generation needed to deliver gigawatts of compute capacity at hyperscale speed. By combining advanced CHP systems with innovative cooling technologies, we provide resilient, efficient, and scalable infrastructure purpose-built for the next wave of AI and data-intensive applications.

For our tenants, that means on-demand power, exceptional energy efficiency, and the ability to grow without constraints, giving them a real competitive edge in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
