Yuyan Wang

Yuyan Wang has extensive work experience in strategy consulting and transformation. They are the Co-Founder & CEO of JourneyLab, a tech-based solution that aims to simplify strategic execution and influence behaviors. Yuyan is proud of the success of JourneyLab in supporting individuals and organizations on their transformation journeys.

Prior to JourneyLab, Yuyan worked as an Advisor - Transformation at Airservices Australia. In this role, they partnered with the executive and senior leadership teams to establish a finance transformation program, design and implement a quarterly business review, and create a change, resourcing, and budgeting governance structure. They also conducted an enterprise portfolio review and supported strategy execution process design.

Before their role at Airservices Australia, Yuyan worked at Strategy& as a Senior Engagement Manager. They successfully led over 30 strategy consulting engagements across various industries, collaborating with senior leaders to design and execute business strategies. Some notable projects include new campus design for an Australian university, a strategy to transform the image of a major sports league, a customer segmentation and growth strategy for a global biomedical manufacturer, and program reviews and turnaround strategies for digital health initiatives. They also have experience in operating model design and transformation across a wide range of sectors.

Yuyan Wang completed the Company Director Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2014, Yuyan Wang pursued a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Economics at UNSW. No specific field of study is provided for either of these educational pursuits.
