Established in 2016, Journeymen’s mission is to encourage compassionate, inspired and resilient young men through nature-based rites of passage, training & mentorship. We help boys and young men claim their unique gifts, access their hearts, and learn key life skills.

Since 2020 One Village has been creating cultures of belonging through transformational experiences and leadership training for youth and their people. What began as a Journeymen initiative has evolved into a fully inclusive set of offerings that expands and deepens our work to serve youth of all genders.

Our key offerings include in-school positive mentoring courses in schools, multi-day outdoor quests, weekend camps for families, support groups and intensive training courses for adults seeking personal and professional development as youth advocates, mentors and guides.
