Deepa is also a Partner at Culturerox, providing services for enterprises on initiatives including Transformation, DEI, Innovation. Deepa has held leadership positions at companies such as LendingClub, McLaren Strategic Solutions, and Reflections Info Systems. With a background in technology and business systems, Deepa has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
