Joy Lopez

Joy Lopez has held a variety of roles in the finance and customer service industries. Joy began their career in 2013 as a Business to Business Tele Sales representative at TGA Telco Group. In 2014, they held two positions, one as a Wealth Sales Specialist at ANZ, and the other as a Financial Planning Associate at Westpac. In 2017, Joy was a Client Experience Manager at Intiger Asset Management. Joy then worked as a Client Services Manager at WealthO2 from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Joy took on a role as a Remediation at BT, and is currently a Customer Success at JOUST since 2021.

Joy Lopez has a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from Victoria University, where they studied Management.
