India's largest farm-advisory service lost 40% of its calls in two years. Not because it got worse, because reactive advisory has hit its ceiling.
Jovara is building the proactive replacement: a voice-first, multilingual AI agronomist that reaches farmers in their language, on their channel, before the problem becomes a loss.
Grounded in CIBRC, ICAR, and KVK content with human review in the loop. Voice-first on IVR rails the state already operates, built for the 40% of farmers without smartphones. Sensing-backed by Spike, a low-cost device that closes the ground-truth gap satellite and weather data cannot resolve at marginal-plot scale.
Built on AgriStack. Sold to state and central governments. An agronomist per farmer, always on.
