Jovens Seguros is a Portuguese non-profit organisation focused on youth empowerment, social inclusion, and community development.

With over a decade of experience, the organisation works directly with children and young people, particularly from socially disadvantaged communities, promoting equal opportunities, active citizenship, and personal development.

A core area of intervention is the organisation and coordination of holiday camps, with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering residential and non-residential programmes for children and youth. These initiatives play a key role in promoting non-formal education, social skills development, inclusion, and community engagement.

Jovens Seguros has a strong background in non-formal education, digital inclusion, and community-based intervention, developed through long-term implementation of national programmes such as Programa Escolhas (ReTrocas project).

The organisation designs and delivers educational, cultural, and social initiatives, including youth projects, training activities, and large-scale holiday camps, reaching a wide range of participants every year.

Currently, Jovens Seguros is expanding its activity at European level, aiming to develop and coordinate international projects focused on youth participation, democracy, and inclusion, particularly in vulnerable and depopulating territories.

The organisation is open to partnerships within Erasmus+, CERV, and other European funding programmes.
