PE firms govern the VCP. Nobody governs what it was built on.
JovI is a Revenue Governance firm for private equity. We tell you which beliefs underlying your investment thesis are no longer holding before they produce a miss.
By the time a revenue miss surfaces, the breakdown happened months earlier. The window to intervene has already closed.
JovI delivers three things — independent of management, defensible with firm leadership:
→ An Assumption Register: every thesis belief scored as sound, weakening, or broken → A Revenue Exposure Model: what each broken belief is costing per quarter in revenue and exit value → A sequenced intervention plan: exactly what to fix, while every lever is still available
In our dataset, portfolio companies 1–4 years into the hold are already showing thesis breakdown stronger than the cross-firm average for decade-old holdings. That is not time decay. That is the thesis breaking down faster than anyone is watching for it.
Typically 20–28% of ARR is at risk and recoverable.

Powered by agentic AI, JoviOS detects GTM drift — the hidden misalignment between strategy and execution — and transforms it into measurable growth. By exposing where revenue is slipping away and guiding teams back on track in real time, JoviOS ensures alignment across sales, marketing, and RevOps, driving consistent and predictable results.

Founded in 2025, Jovi is led by experienced GTM operators who have scaled revenue teams and lived the pain of drift firsthand. We are currently open to partnerships and investment conversations as we expand pilot programs, launch version one of JoviOS, and scale growth nationally.
