Ginger Swift

Ginger Swift has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1987, they worked as a Chapter Consultant at Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity for a year. From 1988 to 1990, they were a Sales Specialist at Telesec Temporary Service. In 1990, they joined Sentient Systems as a HR Assistant and was later promoted to HR Director. Ginger then moved to Colorado to conduct Market Research and eventually became involved in consulting sales. In 1994, Ginger founded ABC Nannies and Domestics, Inc., where they served as the C.E.O. & Newborn Care Placement Director, personally interviewing and selecting nannies and household staff for Colorado families. In 2017, Ginger became a Franchise Owner and CFO at Jovie, a company that provides babysitters and backup care services for Colorado families. Currently, they are a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the world's largest CEO peer advisory and executive coaching organization, where they are committed to elevating their company and community.

Ginger Swift attended Towson University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
