Marine Baraffe began their work experience in 2016 as a Sales Assistant at E. Leclerc. In 2017, they were In charge of prospecting at S'konnection. In 2018, they were In charge of Customer Relationship Management at Leroy Merlin. In 2019, they were an Intern in Sales/Customer Marketing at Henkel Beauty Care and a Digital Marketing Assistant at EXKi. In 2020, they were a Junior Consultant at CRESS Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (la Chambre Régionale des entreprises de l'ESS). In 2021, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional Belgium, where they were responsible for the editorial social calendar, website content, customer newsletters, and the Content Management System. In 2022, they are a CRM campaign manager at JOW.
Marine Baraffe began their educational journey in 2012 when they obtained their Economic and Social High School diploma from Lycée Privé Polyvalent Saint Paul Lens. Marine then attended Lycée Saint Paul Lille Classe Préparatoire HEC from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they began their Programme Grande Ecole at SKEMA Business School, which they completed in 2021. During 2018 and 2019, they participated in an exchange program at Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Subsequently, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in economics from SKEMA Business School in 2021. In the same year, they also completed an MSc Digital Marketing from SKEMA Business School, with a focus on Marketing. Additionally, Marine Baraffe obtained certifications in AgilePM (2014) Foundations from APMG International in April 2021 and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in February 2021.
