Simon Perry

Simon Perry is an experienced non-executive director and audit and risk committee chair, currently serving in multiple roles, including chairing the Audit & Risk Committee for Richmond Holdings (Jersey) Ltd and Bibby Financial Services Ltd. Simon was the first Global Head of Private Equity at EY and retired from the firm in 2017 after a notable career that included serving as Managing Partner of the Transaction Advisory Services business in the UK. Simon has strong family business experience and advises various UK and international organizations on growth strategy and profitability. Additionally, Simon is involved in the North West London Integrated Care System and supports healthcare initiatives through a SaaS business offering social prescribing software.
