Jay Shen is the Head of Finance at Joy Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jay served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Dingdong (Cayman) Ltd from December 2020 to September 2021. Jay's extensive experience includes a tenure at Trip.com Group from May 2010 to December 2020, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of Ctrip.com and Head of the Investment Department, as well as CFO of the Accommodation Business Group. Earlier in Jay's career, positions included Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2005 to May 2010. Jay holds an EMBA in Business Administration and Management from China Europe International Business School (2019-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2001-2005). Education was completed at Shanghai High School, resulting in a High School Diploma in Mathematics.
