The founder, Dr. Emily, spent 6 LONG years learning to program. Despite 3 degrees in computer science (CS), she still found she had to teach herself! After it finally clicked in her second semester of grad school, she sat back and thought, "Learning to code doesn't need to be this hard!"

Since her eureka moment, Emily has made it her mission to demystify the art of programming & software development by teaching aspiring coders how to work smarter, not harder. The key is cultivating a developer's mindset right from the beginning, so that you can feel calm & confident in the face of any bug or programming challenge that comes your way.
