Mateusz Gordon

Mateusz Gordon is the CEO and Founder of Joy Properties, a real estate brokerage established in March 2021, focused on innovation and setting five pillars of success to capture a significant market share in Poland. Previously, Mateusz served as Director of Digital Transformation at PwC Polska, assisting clients in navigating the digital transformation process, and as Head of Omnichannel Strategy at Deloitte, where the enhancement of digital strategies for major regional players was a priority. With extensive experience in e-commerce, Mateusz also worked as International e-Business Segment Director at Gemius, where responsibility included strategic consulting in eCommerce. Additional leadership roles include CEO of MebleDlaDziecka.pl, CMO and New Business Developer at mLife Ltd., and Brand Manager at L'Oreal overseeing diverse skincare products. Mateusz holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, and Management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
