Joy Studio is a collaborative community where conscious women make money doing what they love.

We believe creatives are the original entrepreneurs. They always have been. Your weird is not something to work around, it's your most precious asset.

Founded in Toulouse by Emma Lavelle and Audrey Masson, Joy Studio exists for women who refuse to choose between sustainable income and a life that actually fits. Inside, you'll find open conversations about pricing and money, a community you can lean on any day of the week, weekly online events plus in-person meetups in Toulouse, and the Bloom Blueprint, our signature program to land your first or next client.

We believe in collaborative community, not exclusive clubs. In bringing your whole self, unedited. In biodiversity, in creative ecosystems that grow richer when everyone brings their own strange thing. In integration over hustle, in a life built around the work, not instead of it.

Safety is sexy. Your nervous system is part of your business strategy, and you can't make a good offer from a place of fear. Money is a tool for impact, and conscious women should have more of it, unapologetically.

We're based in Toulouse and growing across the South West of France, France, and beyond, open to any woman ready to build a business that fits her life.

All it takes is one person on the dancefloor to start the party. Join us.
