Allison Reber

Allison Reber is an experienced professional in visual merchandising and store design, currently serving as the Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Design at Joybird since March 2021. In this role, Allison creates elevated brand experiences for new store models and remodels, collaborating with architects on design elements and layouts. Prior to Joybird, Allison held various positions including West Coast Manager of Style & Design at Patina Restaurant Group, Director of Visual Merchandising & Design at SSP America, and Sr. Visual Manager at West Elm, where responsibilities included overseeing design processes, managing installations, and ensuring brand consistency. With freelance work dating back to 2013, Allison has contributed to high-profile projects including campaigns for Lady Gaga and established a strong foundation in both retail and event design. Allison holds a degree in Visual Communications from FIDM.
