Tim Chan has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Tim is currently the Head of Merchandise Planning at JOYCE since 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Pedder Group from 2018 to 2021 and also served as the Senior Merchandising Planning Manager there from 2017 to 2018. Tim has also worked at Harvey Nichols as the Head of Merchandise Planning from 2016 to 2017, Assistant Head of Merchandise Planning from 2016 to 2017, and Merchandise Planning & Business Analysis Manager from 2013 to 2016. Tim has also held positions at Stella Fashion (Shanghai) Inc. as a Brand Manager and at Gucci (China) Trading Limited as an Operation Manager. Tim started their career at Gucci Group, Asia Pacific as a Merchandise Planner and worked there from 2009 to 2012. Tim began their professional journey as a Store Planner at mothercare from 2005 to 2009.

Tim Chan obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Leicester from 1999 to 2003. In 2015, they also completed the CIMA Advance Diploma of Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
