Chibuzo E. currently serves as a Program Officer at The Joyce Foundation, a position held since October 2020, after experience as a Strategic Data Project Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Prior to this, Chibuzo held the role of Director of Data Analytics & Strategy at AUSL and served as a Senior Research Manager at The University of Chicago, focusing on postsecondary education research aimed at enhancing social mobility for underserved communities. Additional roles include positions at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Harvard Student Agencies, Inc., and the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, where responsibilities encompassed education policy research and operational support. Chibuzo's educational background includes an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University and an AB in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
