Amy Kail

Amy Kail is an experienced teaching artist and choreographer with a diverse background in the performing arts. Since August 2008, Amy has been working at The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. as a teaching artist, engaging K-12 students and facilitating professional development workshops. Amy has also served as a choreographer for Amy Kail Dance since January 1995, and has held teaching artist roles at Lincoln Center Institute from 2005 to 2013. Previous experience includes working as a facilitator at The Field from June 1998 to August 2005 and as an arts associate at the 92nd Street Y from 1994 to 2005. Amy received an MFA in Dance from The University of Wisconsin from 2009 to 2012 and a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School from 1987 to 1991.
