Ryan Simon

Ryan Simon is the Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Joyce/Dayton, a position held since 2025. They have extensive experience in engineering and management, spanning over two decades at various companies, including AAP St. Marys Corporation, and Ramco Electric Motors, where Ryan served as Plant Manager. Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University, complemented by a Master’s Certificate from the University of Dayton's Emerging Leader Program. Their career has focused on leading teams, driving process improvements, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
