Joyful Development, Inc. Philippines was founded 2009 with the vision of a world in which all people have the opportunity to achieve a life free from poverty, with dignity and purpose.

Our mission is to provide access to financial services and training, to enable and empower entrepreneurs so that they can create jobs, build assets and improve the standard of living and transform their lives, their children’s future and their communities.

We also provide vocational training for specific market demands, supporting those individuals in the process of starting a business through that specific vocation.

During Nov 2013 we introduced our Affordable Housing Program, building and financing houses for low income families.
