Campbell Stalker is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various prestigious hospitality settings. Currently, Campbell serves as the Head Chef at Basalt within the Joylab Network since April 2019. Previously, Campbell held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Lilianfels Resort and Spa. Other notable roles include Executive Sous Chef at The Hydro Majestic Hotel from May 2015 to May 2016, and Sous Banquets at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth from April 2013 to May 2015.
