Nikhil Itadkar is an experienced culinary professional with a progressive career spanning several years in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head Chef at Star Group since November 2017, Nikhil has previously held positions as Sous Chef and Senior Chef de Partie within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chef at Amora Hotel from November 2017 to January 2021, with an earlier role as Commis Chef at Amora Hotel Auckland from September 2015 to January 2021. Nikhil holds a Diploma in International Culinary and Patisserie from NSIA, completed in November 2016, and has academic background from Anjuman-I-Islam Institute Of Management Studies between 2011 and 2014.
