Max Mind is an experienced technical professional currently serving as a Technical Lead at Joyn, where efforts focus on leveraging AI to streamline team alignment on company objectives. Previously, Max held roles as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Ada Health and Engineering Software Lab, contributing to the development of corporate dashboards and software tools for various industries. Max also led the development of the chess video coaching platform at CoChess and directed team efforts to create GDPR auditing software at WPNO Privacy and Law. As the owner of MindlLab, a digital agency, Max collaborated with major international companies. Early experience includes positions at BiG Reach Media, DELFI Latvia, and TVNET GRUPA, complemented by a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
