Arkajyoti Samanta

Arkajyoti Samanta is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Management Specialist at ICMA since October 2022, Arkajyoti is also the Head of HR at Joyya and Freeset Global Pvt Ltd, both since October 2021 and December 2017 respectively, and holds the position of HR Manager at Apnalaya since October 2016. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Erin Foundation and HR Head at KHPT, where significant recruitment initiatives were implemented. Arkajyoti began a career in HR as a PROG Manager at CYSD, overseeing multiple major recruitment projects, and earlier contributed to labor welfare as a Labour Welfare Officer at OTM. Academic qualifications include an Advance Professional Diploma in Training and Development from the American TESOL Institute and a degree in Personnel Management from Sambalpur University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Utkal University.
